Our aim is to respond to all support emails within 12 hours.
Within 10 days of receiving the product, if the product is damaged, faulty or not in accordance with your order you should notify Level Lawn Canada of your intent to return the product.
Otherwise you will waive any right to reject them.
Once we receive proof of the complaint or defect, and we have then been given the opportunity to rectify the problem, but been unable to do so, e.g. send a replacement part, we will issue a refund back to you via the payment method that you selected during checkout.
* We ship same day , 6 days a week. Once an order has been shipped you waive your right to cancel.
All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours*. Unless already shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.
All canceled orders will incur a 5% admin / service and processing fee to cover Credit Card charges.
Refunded Item Fees
Should you request a refund, the amount refunded will exclude the original cost of processing and shipping incurred by Level Lawn Canada.
A non-refundable Canadian Dollar amount is:
- Lawn Leveller 30″ – $65
- Lawn Leveller 36″ – $70
You can return your product anytime within 10 days for an exchange or full refund (not including the original cost of processing and shipping) subject to the following conditions.
- Items must be shipped back to the Regional Office (please see address at bottom of this page ***)
- Must not be marked, scratched or damaged.
- Must be returned in the original packaging in original condition.
- All returned items will be thoroughly inspected.
- *** COVID-19 UPDATE – Due to ongoing current situation we may ask you to ship back to our UK Office as the pandemic in North America is escalating and we cannot guarantee that our USA Office will be staffed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter during this unprecedented time.
If a refund is agreed for whatever reason the following process will occur.
If buyer and seller have agreed that the buyer will return the item the refund will only be processed once we receive the product back in the condition stated above.
If no return is required we will go ahead and process the refund.
- The refund will be processed within 2 business days
- The refund will be returned to the original payment source; i.e. Credit Card via Stripe Payment Gateway, or via Paypal.
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address, as items which we are unable to deliver to the address provided will be returned to sender and no refund will be given.
